Abu Muttalib was the paternal uncle and guardian of Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) after the death of his grandfather. He was a renowned leader of the Quraysh tribe in Mecca and was highly respected by his people for his wisdom, generosity, and bravery. Abu Muttalib was also known for his love and protection of the Kaaba, the holy shrine in Mecca, and for his defense of the weak and oppressed. One of his most famous acts was when he risked his life to retrieve his grandson, Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), from the hostile tribe of Banu Quraiza after they broke a peace treaty. Abu Muttalib passed away two years before the Prophet's migration to Medina, leaving behind a legacy of courage, compassion, and loyalty.
